They put the remote control down and left. I went upstairs and the TV still didn't work. Since I can't sleep without a TV, it was important to me. The hotel is definitely not worth the price they are asking. And they are especially asking for extra parking from the customers who have already stayed"

We were in a garden room which was nice enough inside, however, the glass wall/window were so exposing that you had to have the curtain pulled across the entire time. "Perfect place to stay for Bristol trip. Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. Staff at reception were super friendly and gave us great local food tips. The location made it easy to walk the local retail park and train station in 12 min. Breakfast has everything you need to start the day. Special thanks to customer assistant for her support during checking in. Great value - will book again next time I visit...

"I was in Cheltenham for a festival, so what mattered to me was a centrally-located hotel with car parking, decent bed & bathroom. All of which they have...along with friendly and helpful staff (always a bonus). The hotel was clean and quiet and provided a decent basic breakfast. One point: car parking is limited, and would be challenging for anyone trying to put one of the big 4x4s so popular nowadays into one of the spaces."
