They were very detailed in the check in and check out process! They were accommodating for early check in and late check out which was super ideal. "First of all the pictures of the room is not what it actually looks like . We booked a 2 double beds when we got there we were told there wasn’t any . The bathroom had hair all over it there was bugs , spider webs . The sheets were stained . Room smelled like cigarettes. Couldn’t even stay there the night room didn’t even lock properly. Very disappointed with everything at that hotel . Won’t ever stay there or suggest it to someone in the future. "
