She was so lovely that once we got to our room, we decided we wanted to stay for a second night so Sophie moved us to another room so we could spend both nights in the same room. She kindly gave us ice from the restaurant which was closed upon request. She assisted in recommending a hotel for our next destination. "

"The inside was better than we expected from the outside: rooms were large, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Right across from the train station & easy walking to restaurants and grocery stores. Close to the Old Town for a nice walk after supper. Definitely recommend!"

"Hotel seems recently renovated and clean , we had 2 bathrooms one with a shower and one with a tub , front desk arranged our room key situation since we where checking in very late night also help with luggage transfer to nearest train station, dinner was very good also. "

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Our room was perfect and spacious. Although dated, it was clean and we had everything we needed. We woke up to amazing Mountain View’s from our bedroom, and the staff was extremely helpful. The Coop was literally across the street opposite the hotel, cable cars and trains within a 3, 5 and 7 minute walking distance was so helpful. Hand on heart, if we could afford it, we would live in Mürren forever. The views were incredible, it was like scenes from the Alpine...

"This hotel was a great value for the money (at least in terms of Swiss prices :). The staff spoke enough English and allowed us to store our bags there till checkin. "There are 2 properties, one is the main hotel, Adastra, and the other is AdHoc which is located a short walk away and has very limited on site facilities. The main Hotel is where I stay and the restaurant/bar is very good. Excellent food and very friendly staff. On my last visit I needed to get to the train station urgently and no taxis were available. The cows with bells in the pasture next to us was a beautiful sound.This is one of the most memorable hotel stays I’ve ever had.
