Was a great hotel to stay

The staff was amazing. The location of the hotel is amazing in front of the lake. They are very helpful. They arranged all our trips. They arranged for us a boat trip around Lake Como. It was something to remember for the rest of our lives. I highly recommend this hotel if you have enough budget and want the top of the top of the top.

Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well

My husband and I absolutely adored our stay! This family-run hotel was such a wonderful place to stay. The owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The restaurant was beautiful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning, which we especially appreciated since temperatures were in the 90s during our stay and much hotter than usual for the area. The location was another highlight—it felt very safe and was much quieter and more...

Very comfortable and clean hotel. Loved the Juliet balcony onto the square.

What makes the difference is the staff, they make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. Admittedly the fist impression was a bit off. We typically stay in major chain hotels and our initial impression was that the location would not workout for us. However this quickly faded and our stay was quite pleasant. Though the facilities are older and show signs of wear the cleaning staff was top notch! A big "Thanks!" to Teresa who went out of her way to make our visit enjoyable. Our biggest...

Great location, professional staff.

Isabella was amazing to work with. She was personable and is there for you whatever you need. The hotel room is very comfortable and clean. We found our favorite morning coffee shop just down the street with a lake view to enjoy our breakfast. The location is near ferries, buses and even the train station was walkable off you don’t travel to heavy. Enjoy your stay. We will be back.

This has been characterized as a highway hotel and it may so but it's definitely much more than that. Rooms are ample and very comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff is always ready to help. Located next to a highway it allows for easy access to Como, Lecco, Milan or any other place in Lombardy. You do need a car though, but there's a train station a 20-minute walk away. The hotel offers breakfast but there's a charming deli next door with warm croissants which we visited everyday. There's also an...

A very nice hotel with an excellent helpful staff. Very good location with a shortvwLk to the waterfront. Many restAurants and a local market nearBy

Beautiful hotel in the best location for those people who appreciate the great views and convenience. Hotel has parking near by and has a nice restaurant. They give you a discount for their food and drinks plus a discount in another restaurant that is two doors down. Breakfast could be a little bit better, as they didn’t even have scrambled eggs, only broiled eggs but croissants, yogurt and cereal as well as dessert were good.

Good

We chose this hotel for its location near the Como San Giovanni railroad station, and because it is one of the more affordable yet good-quality hotels in this expensive resort town. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable enough to meet our needs. The bathroom was also clean and spacious with a bidet, toilet, sink, and a shower that's larger than one typically encounters in Europe. Breakfast was included with our room, and as excellent. The offering included an ample supply of fresh...

Quickie overnighter to catch the train early AM to Zermatt. You can see the station from the hotel, it’s perfect. No complaints.

The location of this hotel is amazing! Right on the water with breathtaking views. Also has onsite parking and a great breakfast buffet available.

Lovely stay. Very friendly staff and good location.
