"This is my second visit to this hotel. Everything was spot on and I have no complaints at all. Great value for money, very clean. Super comfy bed. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Friendly staff, especially the lady at breakfast who I have met before. Love it that you are pet friendly. Everyone welcome! 5 stars. "

"Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us. The rooms are quite small and would definitely benefit from having a small fridge. Although there was construction going on next door, we were not disturbed and it was quiet."

"The staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming and were very accommodating when we asked for extra pillows. There is no coffee or tea in room; Only in the lobby. There's always loads available and boiling water too, and as the hotel is so small it's really not a bother to get tea or coffee in the morning or any time in the day! The hotel room was lovely and clean and airy, for the price it's perfect. As for parking. The carpark is great, secure and has cameras, also available is electric...

"Stay was for one night, so hotel was well placed and convenient for what we required. Room was on the ground floor and had everything we needed. Lovely modern bar which was open when we returned from our concert in Sheffield."

"Whilst reviews of hotel were mixed the character of the hotel more than made of for slightly shabby appearance. The location of hotel was perfect for attending concert at Opera House & parking couldn't have been better."

"Clean, comfortable room. Nice restaurant with a good selection of food, all very tasty. Staff were excellent, friendly & helpful. Can be noisy in the evening due to the bar and open patio area, but soon quietened down when the bar closed. "

"Hotel was great although there were a few cobwebs in the room and bathroom . Room was ample size comfy bed and staff were amazing . Very friendly and helpful , grounds were beautiful and scenery . A wedding party was on both nights be this did not impact on our stay not noisy at all ."
