"Service was lacking in the restaurant. One or two of the front desk young girls was amazing. Overall decent value for the price but don’t expect fast service. Reserve for the restaurant as they deny service at will"

"Very dated and faded room which was in dire need of updating. (Room 215) Very 80s-esque. Small wall mounted TV, tired, stained and grubby chairs in room. Bathroom was very dated also, but clean. No sockets near bed side which was unusual. Even the hallways / corridors are dark and gloomy with the automatic lights and lack of natural light whilst walking too and from room. Wouldn't stay here again, it'd definitely be premier inn or travel lodge in Stirling in the future."

"Hotel restaurant was good with a lot of choice and great prices. Bar was well stocked and rooms where clean lots of parking too. Only room downside was the fact there wasn't any lighting over or near any of the mirrors but beds where comfortable with plenty of storage and hangers. Would stay here again."

"Mostly very clean. Some cobwebs. Some marks here and there. Beds are hard so hips and back were sore in the morning. Smart TV wouldn’t connect to internet and being a hotel tv I couldn’t access settings despite reception saying I could. It’s a basic building. Bottom of shower riser was away from the wall. Towels were nice. No decoration in the room. Window blinds allow a lot of light leakage. Could hear the noisy neighbours like they were in our room. Go with food in your belly, just a vending...
