"The room is very tidy and clean. I find the room seems newly renovated. It was a cold night and I have the heater on and the room warm up very fast. The room was quiet at night even it’s a Saturday night. Quite a different narrative to the receptionist warn me while check in. Probably my room is at far end and facing other side."

"Very nice hotel, and very convenient being it’s at Heathrow Airport. Staff was extremely helpful."
