"Lovely hotel, It has stairs, no lift but lots of help."

"The apartment was spotlessly clean, furniture was nice, and the location was central so very close to the railway station, shops, restaurants and bars. When I booked the apartment the confirmation email stated there would be a person at the apartment to give us the key. When we arrived the main entrance was locked and a note on the door saying the key had to be collected from another location, there was also a telephone number. I rang the number explaining this was different information than...

"Nice place to stay and very clean. There are not a lot of amenities close by (pub/restaurant)."

"Nice lodging close to Loch Ness with an on-site restaurant. Rooms are small and somewhat spartan, but the bed was comfortable and the food was good. A hairdryer was provided, but with UK electric codes not permitting outlets in bathrooms, it was difficult to find a location in the bedroom with a view of a mirror to dry my hair. "Was disappointed in evening meal previous stay it was good this time was tasteless"

"This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the stunning Loch Ness. Very comfortable room and the food was wonderful!! The breakfast was one of the best on our trip to Scotland!"

They provided 2 bath towels, 1 had towel and a bath mat. We had a refresh done (2nd night) and they only left 1 bath towel. There is no phone in the room -had to...

"Clean and updated room but very tight. Shower was a tiny corner unit, which was alright for a night but would not want it for longer stays. Location was convenient but would not be great for those with walking or physical challenges as city centre is down below a long set of stairs, but once down you are right in the heart of city centre"
