"Property needs updating badly"

"Outside of property looked good, staff was friendly. The room had stai s in the rug, poor patch job done for hole in bathroom wall."

"Staff"

"The staff was very nice and helpful especially Kristian. We enjoy breakfast as well as the condition and upkeep of our room was very nice parking was good and easy overall it was a 10 out of 10 stay I recommend to anyone but don't get this location confused with the other location because the other location had very bad reviews and we almost didn't stay there because we got the two confused."

"This hotel was nice, it was clean they had a swimming pool and a pool room to past the time. The breakfast was also pretty good, but the room I was in on the ground floor toward the back had a terrible rumble in the walls every time someone upstairs flushed their toilet. I only spent one night here and I didn't realize until in the middle of the night when I came back to the room to sleep. It was horrible! It sounded like a train coming down the tracks every time. I complained to the front desk...

"Room was clean - love the wood flooring. Great having the Starbucks at the hotel as well. We also had drinks at the bar - The Rye - with friends. Great downtown location that was close to the wedding venues we were in town for this weekend. Also - walking distance to restaurants was convenient."

"I stayed here for a weekend. The hotel was so beautiful and the room was spacious. My favorite part was the Bluetooth mirror speaker in the bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. The location is so ideal, it’s near everything."

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Hallways and the elevators smelled like an ashtray, our first room had a major tripping hazard with a sharp corner sticking out from under the bed. The blackout light didn’t cover any outside light. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable. On top of it all, there were ants in the bathtub and there was no drain cover for the bathtub in the second room we were moved to. Very disappointing."

"Always a good choice!"
