"Such a great place to stay! The staff are amazing and so helpful they will go above and beyond to help you have a great trip. They are like family."

"Although this property is beautiful, we were fooled into thinking our room had a view like shown on their reservation site. We had a view of the elevator. It was a ghost town, no snack bar, no drink bar, no room service and a tricky AC unit that wouldn’t function on cold for long. I would suggest if it’s your ONLY option for the area. Less than 10 min walk from beach, parking was easy and the room is large with a washer/dryer in room."

"Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. "Quiet"

"Wonderful beach. Great view from condo. Small restaurant and bar on the beach is very good. Negative aspects, this resort is not close to retail areas."

"I just liked the location and the privacy and the quiet."

"A great location, just across the street and a short 2/3 minute walk to the beach. A ton of space for the price point 2 floors, balcony and porch. Very clean and a helpful staff. Cute and cheerful, although some signs of age. Some of our sliding doors were hazy, it was it was still completely comfortable. Short walk to a grocery, and a bunch of great shops and restaurants/coffee shops within a 10-15 minute walk. My biggest pet peeve was the lack of condiments. With a full kitchen, I would...

"The Sapphire Villas was an amazing property! Me and my family really enjoyed our time there. The property was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed to accommodate our stay. The outdoor area was perfect for a day by the pool or a great workout session to start your day off. Wil was a great host! He met us at the property to walk us through the property, and ensured we had everything we needed. The property was only located 8 min (driving) from Grace Bay, restaurants and clubs. We will...
