"Although the reception, library room and breakfast area were fine this hotel is in need of renovation. We stayed two nights and found the staff to be friendly and helpful. "Had a deluxe room with balcony,very nice massive bed,tv etc. only problem I had was managed to set off smoke alarm after using shower! The sensor is too close to the bathroom! Good wake up call for my neighbours though!"

"We booked a caravan for three nights during the last May bank holiday; the place was not too busy and we were given a place nearly at the end of the carvan park which meant that it was quiet. Due to the heatwave the place would become quite hot during the day but we had space at the front of it to cool and have a refreshing drink. Despite being small it had everything we needed. I noticed that one of the bathroom had not been cleaned but we used the main one with the shower. We did not use the restaurant or other facilities so I cannot comment on those. Overall it was a relaxing stay."
