"The staff are helpful, and the cleaning lady clean the room and fix the bed every day. I’m disappointed, that they assigned room to us is under the restaurant and lobby, so it was noisy we hear every time they move chairs. Also the location is far from the train station."
"Amazing air conditioning in the Italian heat! We went in the summertime and it’s close by to everything. The hot tub was also nice! Would stay here again!"
"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and both the hotel and my room were clean. It’s perfectly located in town, within walking distance of every restaurant in Amalfi. I opted for a shuttle from the airport, and the driver took me straight to the hotel, so I didn’t have to carry my bags up any stairs. The ATM was literally a two-minute walk away."
"We stayed here in october 2026 its great if you want to visit the archaeological site of herculaneum as it is directly across the road from the entrance . Its clean and the staff are friendly and speak english . Its quiet pretty inside too but its not a high end hotel . The breakfast is ok too . The hotel staff were happy to book taxis or day trips . So i would recomend this hotel to my friends and family ."
"The only thing worth it was the view. The room was terrible. The bathroom needs updating especially the shower. If you have children or difficulty going up and down stairs this room is not for you as there is no railing going down the stairs towards the room and is steep especially when hauling luggage no elevator/lift. If you rented a vehicle be prepared for either a ticket if on the main road or high parking fees."
"Wow, what a hotel! This place was fantastic. We stayed for 6 nights, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The best place we stayed in our 2 weeks in Italy. The location - for the Amalfi coast - is excellent. The bus stop is right out front. You can also walk 3 minutes to another bus route, but walking from the hotel isn't for the faint-hearted. The room was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The restaurant - and their staff - were also so...
"The place is very charming, friendly staff and very clean. Free parking was a great addition.
Enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend it.
