"Some staff were friendly and welcoming. Maids neglected our room 2 days in a row, and our sign was on the front of the door asking to have our room cleaned etc. Told the concierge and he apologised and provided clean towels which helped. Day 2 same scenario, no maid service. Two different staff were aware there were issues with their cleaning staff but this doesn’t excuse our room not being cleaned. Others in our group did not receive maid service."

The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh, and the entire property was well-maintained and organized. We loved the peaceful nature setting by the lake, as well as the spa amenities, sauna, hammam, gym, outdoor pool, and complimentary breakfast. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay.
