"Très bel établissement, proche de la vieille ville et de la plage, personnel chaleureux et accueillant. De très belles chambres et très bon choix au buffet. Seul bémol, manque la climatisation dans les chambres, mais supportable pour dormir en ouvrant les fenêtres et ventilateurs. Excellent séjour, je recommande."
"The hotel is okay for what you pay but the least they can do is to have a decent fan since it doesn’t have ac. The fan barely worked and had dust caked on. I asked for a small fan and they said they didn’t have any so l asked for someone to go take a look at the fan and maybe clean it again the guy said nope. The breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. Also if your room faces the pool and the kitchen area forget about a quiet night and the noise starts at 6:00am from the downstairs."
"Fantastic stay in the center of Santa Cruz. We were traveling with a 3 month old so the small kitchen was a great perk. The staff is very thoughtful and had the room prepared with a crib and baby chair. The rooms were airy and light. I would absolutely stay here again."

Les - : attention pas d 'accès en voiture devant l'hôtel ! Nous avons tourné un même moment en voiture et trouver une place loin de l'hôtel. Les rues sont en pentes et en pavées donc pas simple avec les valises.
Nous avons su qu'à notre arrivée qu'un grand parking est assez proche de l'hôtel par l'accès de la piscine municipale.

"Et nytt og fantastisk flott hotell, som åpnet i februar, og med meget serviceinnstilt personale. Hotellet er i kanariske stil med patio og balkonger. Og ikke forglemme det utrlolig flotte mosaikkbildet i taket. Det var bare enestående, og kan anbefales på det aller sterkeste."
