"The first thing to take into account that this is utility accommodation which may not suit everyone.
It is on a room only basis, and is not en suite.
However, if that meets your needs, then it is fine.
I used it essentially as a base and it suited me fine."

He was incredibly attentive and even noticed my birthday was the next day and arranged a wonderful happy birthday celebration at breakfast (even though he wasn't working that day).
Fabian and the breakfast staff made my holiday and I cannot thank them enough.
The hotel is a bit dated in terms of no air-conditioning and decor but it's...
"Fantastic stay in the center of Santa Cruz. We were traveling with a 3 month old so the small kitchen was a great perk. The staff is very thoughtful and had the room prepared with a crib and baby chair. The rooms were airy and light. I would absolutely stay here again."
"Staff are excellent; very friendly and attentive. I asked to change rooms a few nights in because the view wasn't great and they were really nice about it, changed me to a room on the other side of the hotel. The food is basic but of good quality, drinks are excellent. The lobby bar is a really nice spot in the evening. The rooms are spacious and clean, sure they're not super modern but theyre far from hideous. Only downside was the rooftop pool was closed for renovations. Hoping it looks super...
