The debit card reader issue was resolved the next day and we used that option. "So the property is in a good location But room 315 is terrible. View is the ac condensers running all the time. Good if you are deaf. But the free cocktails are good and the burgers were good. Thankfully just one night listening to a condenser motor all night. Nice staff. Just refuse 315 "

"The hotel was great! 5 minute walk to the Taft theater. Valet parking was a plus. Karen checked us in and she was super friendly and helpful. Very quiet and clean room. Highly recommended staying here. Also a restaurant in the lobby. "
