"I had to walk all the way over to the restaurant to ask the bartender to open my bottle of wine during dinner rush on a Saturday, wouldn't be that hard to have a wine opener at the front desk. Otherwise it's a clean and lovely hotel. Little noisy. Staff was polite, but not having a wine opener was a tad inconvenient. Also they closed the pool for maintenance from 7-8pm on a Saturday when clearly several families had come just to use the pool. "
