"Great location, right in old town Sonora, walking distance to everything. Motel and room were good,. Staff very pleasant and helpful. however, this is the second time I have stayed here this year, and both times the soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. The neighborhood is peaceful and you can take a walk around Snowshoe lake or have a picnic and wade in the water there. In general, the location is excellent -- just a few miles through Arnold to visit the majestic redwoods...
