"The breakfast was terrible people were going to TIMS. I AM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND WAS NOT IMPRESSED. I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE staying there again. It was ground level which was great for my service dog. I must say it was clean but the air conditioning kept turning off and had to get maintenance twice"

"Best place to stay and the best location! 10/10"

"There seems to be issues in the management of the property, especially on the housekeeping side. First, upon arriving to my room, as I was preparing for a nap and undressing, a member of the staff came into my room unannounced, without knocking at the door. Second, on my second day, my room was cleaned and all my toiletries and other items, which I had left in the room, except for my suitcase, were taken away from the room before I had a chance to do my checkout. Other than that, staff members...

"Loved the location. Parking would normally have been a little bit of a problem but I pulled into a space to offload luggage and I was able to keep car parked there. Staff was excellent!"

"Happy staying at this hotel. Staff are helpful and pleasant to speak or deal with. If I happen to go back to Dartmouth or nearby, I would stay at this hotel again."

"This was a very nice apartment hotel, close to downtown and with a cute cafe located right downstairs. I will warn for those needing overnight parking, check the street signs as not all streets allow overnight parking on certain nights. When parking get filled in front of and on the side streets, it can be difficult to find a spot. Would recommend to travel light as there is no elevator. The room was spacious and nice with lots of sunlight coming in. Would recommend for sure"

"Before even arriving at this property, the host repeatedly requested our phone number for check-in, which made us uncomfortable. Despite notifying the host in advance that we would be arriving late, we were blamed for checking in late, even though he had not specified a check-in window. We arrived at this property around 10pm after arranging a late self check-in with the host through Expedia. Upon arrival, the key was not in the lockbox as we were told, and we had to wait for the host to let...

"This was the most disappointing stay during our first visit to the east coast. Thankfully it was right at the start of our trip and every other stay was excellent. Shower stall in the entry was awful. Musty smell throught "suite" was overpowering. Blinds not able to stay pulled down when we opened all the windows to air the place out meant anyone could look in from the main street. Bedroom window faces the front entryway to the rest of the house so there could be no privacy with non working...

"No air-conditioning. Only one window it needed a bit of cleaning. It was hard to find in tge dark."
