"This property is in an excellent location in the CBD, close to many restaurants, pubs, ferries and shopping. The hotel rooms are very spacious, quiet, comfy bed, and clean. This hotel is great value and totally walkable to many sights including Sky Tower. Highly recommend."

"Do not stay here"

"The room is modern and well kept. They clean the room every day. Very comfortable. There is a safe. There is a washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils. A courtesy small container of milk is provided for tea/coffee. Ask the guest services if you need any amenities. Friendly staff. Close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, and cafe. Very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Great stay in a twin room."

"The room was spotless with a renovated bathroom. The bed was comfortable with a good range of soft and firm pilows. The welcome basket of treats is a nice touch. Close to shopping and the motorway. Great price"

"Second time staying at the copthorne. I like that it's very close to the Spark Arena if you're traveling for an event there. I like how the rooms have their own balcony so you can open the door and let fresh air into the room. The free wifi is okay but was cutting out on our 2nd night maybe because the hotel was full and everybody was on it. The car parking is a let down we paid for a park and returned to find no parks because of people visiting the restaurant downstairs not even staying there...

"This was a disappointing stay. The bathroom was outdated with rust stains around the fixtures and mismatching faucet handles. Splash stains on the walls near the trash had not been removed. The smoke detector was missing; we found it in a drawer. There was a large water stain in the ceiling near the bed. The only positive aspect of the room was the clean bedding. Food served at the restaurant seemed more like frozen fare purchased at a nearby supermarket."

"We stayed in a compact room, but the one we were booked in seemed a little bit smaller . A bit cramped. Other than that the room was clean and tidy and we enjoyed our stay."
