"As everyone has commented Janet and Sam were AWESOME hostess/host. Janet would go out of her way to answer questions to make your trip more enjoyable. Sam went out of his way to video chat with us when we took a wrong turn on our walk to Secret Harbor Beach. Two Sandals could use some updates, but the view and location were AMAZING. "Friendly and helpful staff, good clean room and located right in Cruz Bay. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with an island wide power outage that lasted almost 3 days and the hotel, like many others, doesn't a backup generator system. The government run utility is known for unreliable service and I feel sorry for the businesses that rely on it. "
