"This place has not been updated in years. -Nothing was open in the hotel. No restaurant, no bar, even the pay on your own snack bar had absolutely nothing, not even a water. No airport shuttles as advertised. -I would never recommend staying here. Not even if it was free. -The cost of the taxi to the airport is the same price as if you were on the other side of the island. -Ocean front room I rented has a major road in front of the ocean. Loud all night"

"Staff always where's there to order us a cab and give us advice as to the island, and the water was consistently warm without troubles. I like how they're complimentary breakfast was not just a series of cereals and cold cuts, but was actually cooked. Small, but appreciated and with a lovely view. I can add the emphasize how beautiful the the rooftop, where there was both a pool, a bar, and a restaurant, truly was and especially at night. Stairs were not that big a problem, but for the elderly...

"The pools were clean, the coffee shop was great, the restaurant was convenient but not bad food, the room itself was spacious, it was definitely dated but I wouldn’t call it dirty. For the price you couldn’t beat it! The walk to the beach was strenuous so if you have small children/ are a bit older I wouldn’t recommend it but it was about 15 mins as advertised. They were clearly renovating so I’m sure shortly it will be fantastic. Only negative was that the layout was difficult to navigate...
