"The room was very clean and nice - with complementary water, tea and coffee. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily and changed the towels. The breakfast also had good variety. The front desk staff member Carlos was very attentive, thorough, and kind, calling a taxi for us during our early checkout. The hotel’s location is also very convenient as it is near the metro station and is close to a Lidl supermarket and El Corte Ingles. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"
