"This place is a dump. We stayed the first night and left. We had another two nights booked but were appalled at the condition of the room. The tap was falling off the wall in the bathroom. Everything was horrible. We were in a suite. Will never go back."
"The place is far from clean , even the entrance is dirty and people are smoking right next to the entrance.
The carpet corridors smell, the walls are stained . Our room was < ok > but the bathroom was not clean, stain on the walls , dirty behind the toilet, the door was also stained!

What a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day. We also loved the wine tasting—it was such a lovely touch and made the stay feel extra special.

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Newsroom! We stayed in Suite 1 with our toddler who had her own room (the living room has doors and can be used at a second bedroom). The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was very clean. The only comment we had was our room has a very old window AC which was too loud to turn on at night, making it a bit hot during summer days. Other than that, we loved our stay!"
"Quiet country escape. Peaceful, charming and welcoming. It's a little out in the country, no amenities without driving. Nothing is too far in PEC. The hot tub was fabulous, fire pit and back deck are very relaxing and top notch cared for. I enjoyed the full sky of stars and the perseids meteor shower. a fabulous stay"
"Loved the view from the property and had everything you could need for a weekend stay. The location was prime for the wineries and we really appreciated all the suggestions for bike rentals and food spots. Just wished the check in time and check out time was a little bit wider as the pass is required to enter the provincial park and without it you aren’t able to enter so there’s barely enough daylight to actually enjoy that amenity if your staying for only one night.

"Really enjoyed our stay. The host was super friendly and welcoming. Don’t miss the lake across the road — we saw a swan there.
The room was comfortable, with great showers, and you can tell the host has great taste from the art and furniture. Sandbanks is about a 20-minute drive away.
The best part was sitting by the bonfire at night and watching the stars in the dark. Such a peaceful stay."
