"Excellent. Our room was over looking the lake. It was stunning. The train is a 5 minute walk. The restaurant on site had some of the best food of our trip. The breakfast was excellent. If we are ever back in Lugano I would absolutely stay again. 10/10."
"Proximité du port et des restaurants.
Bon petit déjeuner.
Manque de confiance de la personne à l’accueil, exige carte d’identité et passeport alors que le passeport n’est pas obligatoire dans l’Union européenne."
"This was our fourth stay at Hotel Regina. We have previously enjoyed visiting and even recommended the hotel to friends, who stayed there for two nights.
Unfortunately, our latest experience was very disappointing.
Due to an unexpected family emergency, we had to shorten our stay by one night. We contacted the hotel hoping for some understanding and flexibility given these exceptional circumstances and our history as returning guests.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the management’s...
"Location, location, location! This little establishment was located right in the middle of all Como related action. Within walking distance of anything worthwhile, the hotel checked all of the boxes and then some. The staff was particularly fabulous, making sure that all of our airport transportation was correct."
"Staff were incredible at helping with my numerous requests. Breakfast was delicious. The room was lovely. For the price I can’t think of a better place I’ve ever stayed at. Not sure when I’ll be back to lake Como but if I ever do, I’ll stay here again!"
"Hotel is clean and close to main attractions except breakfast was very poor one ! Like no options, fruits are not fresh at all, one of the fruit was rotten and they did not even bother to remove it ! The next day it was still there. The second day we did not have hot water, all of a sudden was broken. Also one of the staff like an elderly man in his 50’s is always scowled, and answers abruptly. Looked unhappy ! I don’t think I will recommend this hotel to anyone cause you should be there to...
"We loved it... Super clean well maintained classic hotel. Friendly staff which appeared to be the family owned business.... Definitely using them again in the future.. 🤗"
