"The room is very tidy and clean. I find the room seems newly renovated. It was a cold night and I have the heater on and the room warm up very fast. The room was quiet at night even it’s a Saturday night. Quite a different narrative to the receptionist warn me while check in. Probably my room is at far end and facing other side."

It could have benefitted from having a few hotel-provided floatation devices and the showers turned off very quickly, but the shampoo and shower gel provided were also decent quality. I have stayed in this room 3 times now and have had something breath in my ear as I lay in bed wide awake, I had something invisible walk up to me quickly as I could hear the heavy footsteps and i turned around and nothing was there and I heard a short groan which was definitely from inside the room. "We received a friendly welcome on arrival and were checked in quickly. My partner's mother experienced difficulties negotiating the slope at the main entrance, because the wheels of her walker kept getting caught in the gaps between the cobbles/paving.
