"Friendly staff. Good food. Excellent location to wharf, shops and restaurants. A short drive to Kingsbrae and crossing to Ministers Island. The room we were in was at front of building. Could hear music from bar/restaurant but music off at 9pm. Could be noisy from street traffic and pedestrians during busier season. Lovely little private balcony. Not much a view but walk across street to wharf area. We enjoyed our stay at Kennedy. Good parking area close by."
