"The location was perfect with an extraordinary view of Inverness Castle from our room window. There are good restaurants near the hotel and a coffee and pastry shop. The parking was somewhat away and inconvenient. However, we were able to load and unload from the door. Housekeeping did not come at all during our 3 day stay. Yes, we did hang the door tag requesting service, to no avail. We had to get extra supplies from the front desk. For those with mobility issues, this hotel has many doorway...
