"Although the room had no windows, it was clean and sufficient for my needs. The bed was comfy. Location excellent to walk to bus station, esplanade, mall etc. Full fridge/freezer in the room. Overall i would book again"

When I arrived I was told that the hot breakfast is an extra $10.00 while the continental breakfast is free. The people at the reservation desk were very friendly and helpful. They made sure that I could reach my museum by printing bus schedules that helped catch the right bus."

"2人で利用しましたが、部屋が狭くて2人分のトランクを広げる場所がありませんでした。 設備は清潔で、フロントの対応も良かったです。 しかしながら、部屋でお湯を沸かした際、電気ポットが壊れていたらしくグツグツと沸騰が止まらずスイッチからも蒸気がもれておりスイッチで止めようとして人差し指を火傷しました。主人が電源を抜いてようやく沸騰が止まリました。 その後フロントに状況を伝えてポットを交換してもらいましたが、交換に来たスタッフの方に指の水ぶくれを見せても、へえ?という顔をしただけで特にお詫びとかはありませんでした。日本のホテルだったら有り得ない対応だなと文化の違いを感じました。"

"Had a wonderful stay at Alatai. All staff were extremely friendly. It was very convenient to most of what there is to see in Darwin itself. Was great to have a kitchenette to self cater, but the food outlets in Darwin are so good and well priced. Our room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay"
