"Bottle of water not given ar checkin, oe nail clippings on room floor, no coffee pods, dirty water left in Keurig, empty conditioner bottle in shower, nearly empty TP roll with no spare, and complimentary coffee hidden inside the $18 per person breakfast buffet (not complimentary). Definitely the worst experience I've had at a Hilton. It was one thing after another that we had to deal with and a constant distraction from the reason for the trip."

"The staff was very kind and helpful however the hotel itself was not great, a lot of odd staining in the room/furniture. We were additionally charged $500 at 11:23pm for a smoking fee that the sensors detected earlier in the day. Once we received the report for the sensor, it was citing an incident that took place when we weren’t present in the hotel at all. I was charged the $500 regardless and hotel staff are unable to do anything about it(not their faults). I am now in a week long process of...

"The Gliden House is a unique property in Cleveland. I wish we had more time there, but were only passing through. The staff were all helpful and kind. Great location near museums and restaurants, and an easy walk to the RTA train into downtown Cleveland. We'll definitely return for more than one night!"
