"The cleanliness was awful. The room smelt terrible, there was mold by the windows. The toilet had yellow stains. There was haur in the bath. Clothes were still left in the cupboard. The shower didnt ket you change the temperature. The continektal breakfast consisted of cheese and ham. Despite all this, the staff were lovely and the view was amazing. The restaurant only had one member of staff, but she was super helpful."

"They put me into the top of the building up 4 flights of stairs in a room with no radiator BUT a fan from Argos approx 10 in tall was the only form of Heat =ABSOLUTE PATHETIC !"

"Big problems with room entry cards , they didn’t work so every time I left room couldn’t get back in , so was up and down in the lift getting staff to open the door, ruined the weekend "

"The carpets were very stained and the furniture was dated, but the room and the bathroom were clean, the bed was very comfortable. All the staff Clare, Flo and Judith were really helpful with checking in and any questions I had."

"We had travelled about 190 miles for a wedding, arriving about 12:30 and looking for suitable facilities to change in, only to be offered the use of the disabled toilet. Far from ideal, but we managed. The room like the hotel looked dated, with only 1 packet of biscuits for the 2 of us, only bathroom amenities was a small round of hand soap, a pump dispenser of soap and shampoo over the bath, and the shower wasn't up to much either. The location and views were really nice. "

"Clean rooms and bathrooms, decent breakfast and coffee, helpful staff. Overall if you stay without car it's a good hotel for the price. Lower rating due to CRAZY HIGH parking fees! £52 for 24h! Luckily we still got a old price as we booked before the hike. "

"Easy check in, good breakfast, easy and cheap to park. Only small point was the cleaning team ask that we keep towels, which we did, only for them to remove them on the second day and not replace with the same amount of towels for the people that were staying in the room."

" Public areas were good but hotel areas less so, the corridors were a bit dated but my room was very shabby, noisy, above public toilets with hand driers loud and constant, outside was the courtyard area with loud music and people talking loudly. Plus the fumes from cigarettes/vapes coming through the sash single glazed windows. After a long hard day it was not what I wanted or needed. Informed staff member on leaving but they took no details nor said they would inform the manager"
