"Staff are very kind and helpful, they made sure we had what we needed. I booked a room for 2 people but I chose a bigger room because I was anticipating to have some relatives coming with us. Two out of three lights in the washroom are not working, the one that does is over the toilet, faucet is leaking water over the counter, shower door will NOT STAY closed - magnets rusted and NO towel racks left on the wall!"
