"The staff is bar none the nicest and most accomodating in the business! The property is beautiful, full of amenities, and resort(y). It immediately feels like home! I also like that it is quieter than being in right the village (at least during my annual visits). The only cleanliness issue (if you could even call it that), was collected dust on fixtures in the room (bedside clock, hanging lamps). This was not overly problematic, but I do have dust allegies - a quick wipe on my part, and all...

"I had a difficult time getting and staying asleep due to a constant loud noise which either is from a rooftop HVAC unit or something internally in the building. I was so looking forward to a wonderful experience but this definitely impacted my stay. They really need to get this constant noise resolved"

"Hot tub was broken which we didn’t know about. Couldn’t have a bath because there was no plug. Only thing nice was the bed."

"They were able to switch my room because of the lacrosse teams were staying on the first floor and I could tell the adjoining door was not sound proof. The lounge area is cozy. Complimentary coffee and muffins were good and the room was clean. "
