"Our room wasn t ready so after 45 mins we were given a different room but a double not the singles I requested When went for breakfast there was confusion as they didn't t have us on the list.Sorted eventually We stayed 2 nights but for some reason the housekeeper didn't t clean or leave clean towels extra the 2nd day I told reception who gave me more tea coffee milk but no apology or explanation for the housekeeper not servicing our room Dissapointing"
