"Not the usual friendly greeting we get. Room great. I asked for a first floor room and got one so many thanks. Just a great stay."

"Very unique property. Lovely Staff"

"Room was small but very clean. Toiled was too close to the sink. Great location and the staff were great!"

"The staff make this hotel I have stayed there most weeks for work purposes for the past 3 years . Chelsea on reception usually checks me in and goes out of her way to make me feel welcome like getting me green tea or hot chocolate as I don't drink tea or coffee."

"Good size room with clean bathroom. Exactly what we were needing"

"Aways stay here, my go to place when in area"

"This hotel has great staff and plenty of options for food within walking distance My only moan is the rooms that are at the back facing the road get a lot more traffic noise than the front Especially loud motorbikes at 2am going past"

"Walking distance to the bay and town was really good, 10-15 minute flat walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The parking on site was a great help. Rooms were a good size, clean and nicely maintained. The toilet was very low! The lift was a problem as it would not go down to ground floor unless someone was on the ground floor wanting to go up."

"Always a warm welcome when I visit this hotel, & the rooms are perfect for my needs. Plenty of hanging space, comfy bed, plenty of work-space, immaculate bathrooms. Can't fault it!"

"Clean room location and breakfast plus parking"

"Staff were excellent, polite and helpful, the place was kept very clean, even though some areas in the rooms are in need of some update/ bathrooms mainly. And some detail probably wants looking at/ chewing gum stick under coffee tables etc. breakfast was excellent/ service was also. Managed to get parked/ bonus as location is excellent to city centre."

"Room was clean and modern and good size for one person……wonderful location close to Cardiff castle and city centre….. beautiful big park close by…..excellent location with the National Express depot 5 minutes away for transfers to London airports or Swansea…. Pub itself and surround on the premises were run down and dated….. needed some money spent to tidy it up…."
