"Not a good experience.
I was unable to shower for most of my stay.
1st night - no cold water
2nd night - no hot water
3rd night - no water at all
Every time I called reception about it, the responses were dismissive “we know, we’ve called a plumber”.
The bed, whilst ok comfort wise, had ill-fitting sheets that revealed bare foam rather than an actual mattress, a headboard that moved if you sat up against it, and I woke with a number of bites.

"The staff were very nice and genuine.
Breakfast was straightforward and decent.
The room was clean and comfortable, pressure on the shower was good.
The hotel is at the top of a hill, which isn't an issue unless you have real mobility problems. The property has no lifts.
There is a patrons car attached with an exit onto a small one way road, which was easy to exit."
"So much traffic noise and needed windows open as no AC. A plug in AC unit was provided but was very noisy. The shower was not hot enough and not powerful at all. Also heard the people above walking around. Despite reasonable sized room and good size bathroom (although too dark) it was not for me. I would not return. I also asked for a quiet room and was probably give me one of the noisiest. Room 1."

La camera era molto grande e bella, con tutti comfort che ci aspetta da questo tipo di struttura, il bagno era spazioso con una doccia enorme. La posizione è ottima per Stonehenge dista circa 20 min in auto. "Room wasn’t that clean
The shower wasn’t easy to use because of the head room. The room was very basic.
The restaurant didn’t tell us they were closing so the kids missed out on pudding. Breakfast most of the breads were dry and tasted like they had been left out. I ordered poached eggs and they were terrible. Basically shouldn’t offer poached eggs if they can’t make them. Stay was basic."

Room was small with bathroom way too big. Towels are tiny and bed too small, as is the TV.
As for breakfast not much there at all. Forget brewed coffee, for your continental breakfast get your coffee sachet and add the hot water. There is a toaster with bread but make sure you are early to get a croissant. Found an orange but put it back when I found it was mouldy. Plates and cutlery hasn't been cleared from previous guests and they were still there when I left

"I found this pub when looking for a room with a hot tub for one night away. It’s in a very quiet place with nice scenery.
We received a very warm welcome from friendly, pleasant staff. We found all staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
The room was spacious and very clean with everything we needed. Towels, robes, fan, tea and coffee making facility, secluded garden which was not overlooked and a hot tub. The bed was very comfortable.
Food was cooked to order and very tasty....
