"We found it challenging to find the entrance to the hotel from the airport, you can’t enter from the outside, only from a tube connecting the terminal. One elevator was broken and the other was extremely slow and often full from staff with carts of dishes or housekeeping supplies. The food in the bar was pretty awful and overpriced. My daughter ordered nachos which were probably the worst I’ve ever had; fake, liquid cheese and some green slip that barely resembled guacamole. The room...

"We enjoyed a lovely sea view room that was clean, with tea making facilities and a lovely shower. Although on 2 evenings there was entertainment we didn’t hear it upstairs. The bed was comfortable and despite being at the front of the hotel on a busy road we had good nights sleep every night."

"We stayed at this hotel on the hottest day of the year, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When we booked, we were guaranteed that a fan would be provided at the very minimum. However, when we arrived, there was no fan available. Instead of trying to help, the staff told us to “just deal with it” because the promise had apparently been made by the day-shift employees, not the night staff. That is not an acceptable way to treat guests, especially in such uncomfortable conditions....
