"the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. "The cleanliness was good. The only slight letdown was the food and breakfast, which was just average and could use some improvement. Despite the food, I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it, especially for the prime location and quality of the property"
