"Great location in centre of Dubrovnik. Easy, friendly, check in. Very large room, with twin beds and sofa bed, plus small dining table and chairs. There was also a small kitchen area, with sink and hob. Spacious bathroom. Rooms were very clean. "

"Location is very convenient. Place was mostly clean but did encounter a large cockroach. Communication with host was spotty. AC leaked and dripped water during our entire stay. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant noise wasn’t too bad."

"The hotel is located in a small almost deserted village 15 mins away from Dubrovnik. There is nothing there except the hotel and one small mini-mart. You can take a bus to town. The room was spacious and nice. The walls are thin so you can hear people in the next room. The breakfast was very basic. One staff member was rude but the other was very nice. We stayed out exploring as long as we could. I would say this is a basic hotel, nothing fancy, isolated, but within 15 min bus ride to Dubrovnik."

"Friendly and comfortable villa hotel in the heart of the old town. Great location close to Cathedral and all of the old town within easy walking distance. Hotel itself is in a smaller side street so there is not so much passing people or noise. Room clean and well equipped with kettle, fridge, TV, A/C, bathroom with strong shower. Nikolina (host) was helpful with recommendations and tips on places to go including restaurants as well as location of eg the airport bus pick up. Fantastic location...

"A well positioned hotel on a thoroughfare to Sunset beach. Staff meant well but failed on only problem, the TV was not working. They failed to fix problem or replace it during my stay or offer a reasonable reason why. Apart from that I enjoyed the area and my short break. "
