"We didn’t make use of the facilities, except for breakfast one morning. Staff were very helpful in organising a refund as we had paid twice through a miscommunication between our agent, the hotel and ourselves. The room was clean. The bed was a little too firm for us. Restaurants ,pubs etc were within walking distance . Free parking was available onsite. We stayed in the royal room. It had obviously had an upgrade from the advertised photos I saw on an agent website. It no longer had a spa bath,...

"We would absolutely stay here again. Not far from the city centre, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate my wife's dietary requirements and made her feel welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable and overall the property seemed quite quiet. The breakfast was consistently good and kicked off our busy days very well. Recommended!"
