"This was a very convenient location to the Spectrum Center, less than a 2 min walk. The check in process was a little confusing as it is not on the first floor. A more streamlined processes through the valet service, explaining the check-in process would have been helpful. There just wasn't enough valet service employees to handle all that is expected of them."

"Really nice place"

"It was a clean property and the hotel room itself was very nice, but it’s very weird layout. You have to go to the fifth floor for the lobby. The elevators were terrible and would just skip you even if you clicked the button. However, the area was the most concerning part Uptown Charlotte, is not what it used to be and right near the hotel didn’t feel super safe."
