"Complimentary breakfast. Late bar"

"Good location and great value. Breakfast was good value. Powdered eggs not great as tasteless, but that was the only negative there. Cleaner knocked the door just after 8am on first morning to see if we needed our room cleaned which was annoying as this could have been done later after we had headed out. Toilet door lock was broken. Overall was fine and would recommend."

"Good"

"Roads were very narrow getting to the hotel. Give yourself plenty of time! Bathroom not great, bodged fixtures."

"Excellent location for the arena, rooms are very basic"

"Great location,parking helpful staff"

"Much prefer a place with character. Not a photocopied box! Loved the staff."

"جميل❤️"

"Great hotel if you have an early appointment at the nearby hospital. Hotel staff are always lovely. Rooms are comfortable. Would recommend."

"The hotel and room was extremely clean , the staff were lovely and it is very dog friendly"

"We regularly stay here - not posh but excellent value for money, quiet, helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfasts."

"Camera pulita"

"Room was clean. Great value fir money unless youre unlucky enough to have a neighbour above you. The noise from the roon above was horrendous. Every footsteps echoes down through the floor. However the shower was hot. The room was comfortable and the bed was similarly comfortable. Can't and wont complain for 40 quid. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Recommended a lovely local curry house. Would use again would plum for an upper floor room if possible"

"No check in desk, no room cleaning, no hot water, no heat, no breakfast service. Food very mediocre. Management of this hotel was disgraceful. Staff were amazing in very difficult circumstances. Stayed here many times before…..never again"
