St. Martins Country Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful, welcoming inn full of character We loved everything about our stay at St. Martins Country Inn. The common spaces, including the sitting room, dining and breakfast areas, and lobby, feel almost like a beautiful museum, except you are actually invited to sit on the furniture, read the books, play the games, and enjoy the rooms. The furniture and decorations are gorgeous and the entire house is incredibly well kept. We spent a lovely rainy afternoon in the sitting room with my 10-year-old daughter, who absolutely loved it, and I really enjoyed the experience too. We stayed in one of the Coach House rooms. It had the same beautiful traditional style, a very comfortable bed, a pristine bathroom, and a huge balcony with chairs and a gorgeous view of the bay. The property itself is lovely, with flowers, outdoor sitting areas and a fire pit. Breakfast was amazing. I also loved the thoughtful little touches, like having the local tide schedule written on a blackboard in the breakfast room so guests can plan their visit to the St. Martins sea caves, which are only about a four-minute drive away. Beautiful place, wonderful atmosphere, and one of the most memorable stays of our trip. I would absolutely stay here again."
