It looked NOTHING like the pictures, and there was no balcony. The room was absolutely disgusting. The towels were dirty, and the pillows and bedding were so filthy that I had to cover the pillows...

"Thanks for the great hospitality"

"The staff was amazing, the young man that checked me in and the 3 young black African men 5 stars ✨. Also, I was able to have my breakfast the day I arrived instead of when I left. The raid spray in the room on the counter and the hair on the bathroom floor were a no for me."
