We booked our room on the hotel website and although we were of local taxes, we we surprised at check-in that a refundable security deposit is a standard requirement! "We had a great stay in a Junior Suite. The kids slept on the pull out and the bed was really comfortable. We arrived early and they let us sit and drink coffee and hot chocolate while we waited for our room to be ready, which they arranged to have available for us ASAP. We were delighted to find we had a full bathtub, and the water pressure and temperature was amazing. There's a cute courtyard and everyone was really great. Would definitely stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rose Bourbon. It is clean, chic, and conveniently located near the metro and other landmarks. The room itself is very small with little space to move around/store bags, but the beds were comfortable. They offered to call a cab to the airport, but there is a surcharge along with a convenience fee, so keep that in mind or make alternative arrangements for transportation. Overall we enjoyed our stay and thought it was fairly priced for what we received."

"The hotel itself is good, nothing super concerning.. breakfast had lots of options, room is small but clean. I was just incredibly frustrated with the rudest shutter driver I have ever met. He literally mistreated everyone that was on the shuttle, drove like a complete psycho like if he was in a race, did not stop for people when they needed to either get in or get out. The second day we had a normal driver, thank goodness! "
