"I was sent to the wrong room a disturbed another guest then was out into a room with a shared bathroom which was filthy the bed sheets had a hat looked like blood stains or something worse so I was forced to leave and sleep in my car. I would rather sleep in a shop door than stay in this place. Without doubt the worst place I have never stayed. How it passes health and safety standards is beyond me. If it was a cheap place to stay you could maybe understand but £120 a night wow "

"Excellent location in Inverness. We had booked Rabbie’s Tours and you could see the Stop just down the street. I have mobility issues and this was so great. There’s a really good bakery around the corner, a ‘grocery” store not too far for anything you might want to pick up. there was a full breakfast in the morning to start off your day.The staff at the front desk were so very helpful and always pleasant. We would definitely stay here again."

"All in all a good stay. We found the room and restaurant good. We would recommend some kind of temperature control in the room as it was very hot. We asked for this to be turned down or off but this did not happen so we kept the window open."

"When arriving at property, door locked. Supposed to use app for info. Neither of us was able to download the app. ended up calling expedia and still waiting for return call when knocked on door and were told that the door would be unlocked at 1600. Great location. parking tight but adequate for us. Room small but adequate and lovely!"

"Only downside was the room above mine had the loud squeaky floor which woke me up and kept me up until the person above went to bed. Everything else was good. "

"It was fine. You can see in the corners of things that they don't get it fully cleaned, but it didn't smell and it looked nice otherwise. They have apparently never had anyone ask for an extra blanket before and that didn't end up happening. They have a restaurant on site and it was actually pretty good. Nice enough for a one night stay."

Unser Zimmer war schlecht gemacht und es sah so aus, als wäre die Bettwäsche überhaupt nicht gewechselt worden, was wirklich inakzeptabel ist.
