"Only negative was, because I booked thru Expedia (a third party) the hotel couldn’t accommodate my request to [1] have the rooms close together (my kids were in 2nd room) so they were 1 floor above us. And [2] we needed one room with king and one with two beds, we had to settle for rooms with single beds so my daughter slept on sofa bed - uncomfortable! Expedia needs to allow the hotels to be able to accommodate the guests. Hotel was great!! "

"Our first room’s air conditioner was not working and the lady at the front desk was very accommodating having us move to another room that was nearby so we would not have to move our luggage far. Comfortable and clean! Thank you! "
