"Breakfast was mediocre at best, ran out of bacon, no sweet rolls, no jam or jelly. Had ask for a slice of bread. Overall I was NOT IMPRESSED! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the metroplex. The hotel was literally across the street from the hospital that we were going to, but other than that it failed on all accounts!"

"Got a reservation to this hotel on Expedia. We had a family emergency and I was driving from eight hours away, but my son needed a place to wait until I got to the hotel. He is 19 years old and despite me paying in advance and speaking to the hotel manager, they refused to allow him to check into the hotel while I drove there. Additionally, they refused to give me a refund or credit for a different stay. As a result, I had to make a second reservation to a different hotel that was courteous...

"The people who run this hotel are nice. It is an older hotel but it is reasonable and staff is nice. Hotel could use a lil makeover. But it’s convenient. They could get better sheets though"

En pleine période de chaleur, il était également impossible d’avoir de l’eau froide : seule de l’eau chaude était disponible pour se laver, ce qui était très inconfortable.
