"Had 2 rooms, booked the 2nd on-site as we had more people in our party than originally planned. Both rooms were unable to use the deadbolt locks, they weren't aligned with the door frame at all which was very concerning and we didn't get much sleep as a result. Hotel was old and needed renovations but it was clean and the staff was very professional and nice. "

"I really enjoy this hotel, though it is very pricey. Room was great, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is outstanding with the omlets. Paying for parking feels a bit silly, which is why I'm rating 4 stars (overall price and parking.)"

"Pros: Nice and helpful staff, easy check in process, decent breakfast, nice decor in lobby and in rooms.
Cons: The hotel could really use an upgrade. While the overall look and layout of the hotel is nice, when you take a closer look you really start to notice how shoddy the various repairs are which kinda detracted from the overall experience."

"Great Location and Exceptional Service"
My recent stay at the Randolph Hotel was a very good experience overall. As someone traveling through the Syracuse area, the location was unbeatable—situated right off the Thruway and only about a 10-minute drive from Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR)."

"The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The room could use some updating and a bit more cleaning, but it was good enough. I do wish the garbage compactor and kitchen sink were deodorized as the odor was a little strong. In the end, I would stay there again. "
