"Clean room and helpful staff"

"Let people check in earlier if they had a redeye flight because you should have at least one a room cleaned by 9:30-10 if staff comes in at 9. Had to wait 5 hours for a room since they were stickler to 11am being earliest to check in."

"The bathroom door kept scraping against the tiles, making a noise that woke my child up when we needed to use the bathroom late at night. They need to check the room thoroughly before handing it over to guests."

"It was terrible …. I had booked a trip through Expedia and when we got there we had to wait a whole hour for the room to be ready….not to mention the room was never given to us because they were all sold out ! Very dissatisfied and very disappointing"

"Great place, courteous customer service."

"Very good and staffs very nice but the only thing they gave me the dirty room haven’t clean yet and they changed another room for me"

"The hotel was really nice, staff was friendly she professional. The room was nice, clean and comfortable."

"The staff was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Hotel was perfect for an overnight during our trip. Breakfast was perfect for our needs."

"Property has a beautiful landscape, autumn views were amazing for the Lanier Lake, however the resort itself seems more fun at their website where fall events and an active Marinas are feature, we found out everything was either closed or totally empty, only golf camps where active. We stayed at a cute Lake house cabin, it had everything but a smart TV for a movie night.. For the average night price they should have them! Nice but we wouldn’t stay again."

"It was a very good hotel and price."

"Location was great. Near shopping and easy access to freeways. The staff was very pleasant, always spoke upon entry and exit. The room was very spacious and convenient with a full frig and microwave allowing you to warm up leftovers. The breakfast buffet is okay, enough to get you going in the morning to start your day. Do not purchase from the store in the hotel, smart waters were $10 each! BUT Overall, I would definitely stay again!!"

"Very nice hotel , clean and very friendly staff!"
